Ashley Cosby is the owner and stylist behind Refined Roots Studio. With over 8 years of experience, she’s known for her calm, welcoming energy and her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to hair.
Ashley discovered her passion early—styling friends’ hair and makeup throughout high school—and knew by her early teens that becoming a hairstylist was her dream. After graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in Fort Myers, Florida in 2013, she built her career in a prestigious Fort Myers salon before opening her own private studio. Today, she brings that same dedication and heart to every guest she serves.
Clients often say what sets Ashley apart is how deeply she listens. She takes the time to truly understand your goals, your lifestyle, and how you want to feel—so you leave not only loving your hair, but feeling cared for.
Outside the studio, Ashley loves time with her husband, three kids, and her Boston Terrier, Bia. You’ll usually find her with an iced coffee or chai latte in hand, embracing “Jeep life,” and enjoying the simple moments that make life beautiful.
